Remote Desktop Support
If an engineer has requested that you start a remote support session you will need to click the Remote Desktop Support link below.
This will allow the engineer to connect to your computer system and control the mouse/keyboard to assist in the resolution of any problems or to provide training.

- Click on Run (you may have to press this twice)
- Contact an Engineer and wait for their confirmation to continue
- Click on "Connect" and the Engineer will have access to your desktop
