Remote Desktop Support

If an engineer has requested that you start a remote support session you will need to click the Remote Desktop Support link below.

This will allow the engineer to connect to your computer system and control the mouse/keyboard to assist in the resolution of any problems or to provide training.

  1. Click on Run (you may have to press this twice)
  2. Contact an Engineer and wait for their confirmation to continue
  3. Click on "Connect" and the Engineer will have access to your desktop
